Well...it's a simple one, allow signatures ! if you don't know how to ...I've been a mod and owner of quite a few forums/websites I could fix it for you.

signatures are allowed... u just need to modify it

go to Profile > Signature

you will find it between the menu boxes and " Registration Information"
